摘要
采用金相显微镜、SEM、EPMA及XRD等手段分析了Cr在常用胎体材料中的扩散反应及Cr对胎体材料粘结金刚石的影响。结果发现 :在 82 0℃短时热压条件下 ,Cr在钴 -青铜系和Fe -青铜系胎体材料中分别形成了 8~ 2 0 μm和 4~ 10 μm厚的扩散层 ;成分分析表明Cr在α -Fe、γ -Co和α -Cu中的溶解度依次减少 ;Cr显著强化了胎体材料 。
The diffusion of chromium in matrices and the binding condition between matrices and diamonds were studied by means of optical microscope, SEM, EPMA and XRD etc. The results revealed that, during the hot press sintering at 820℃,the diffusing layer of about 4~10 μm and 8~20 μm was formed in cobalt-bronze and iron-bronze based matrices respectivly, and the solubility of chromium in α-Fe?γ-Co and α-Cu was decreased in order. The chromium obviously strengthened the matrices, but it hardly showed any improvement of binding condition between the matrices and diamonds.
