摘要
采用表面分析技术研究了金刚石钴基结合剂材料在热压时的表面反应和反应产物的形态及分布,发现结合剂材料与金刚石的结合性能取决于表面反应产物的结构和分布状态.
This paper investigates the surface reaction of diamond with cobalt-based bond materialsduring hot pressing.The results show that the bonding behavior of bond materials on diamond isdependent on the resultants of chemical reaction formed as the bond- diamond interface to a largeextent. During hot pressing , the carbide-forming elements(titanium and chromium) react withdiamond to form a carbide layer and this layer results in having metallurgical combination be-tween bond materials and diamond. The relative bending tests of cobalt- based bond with carbide-forming elements confirm that the carbide-forming elements increase the bonding strength ofbond matrixes to diamond.
