摘要
从瓦形模腔中的磁场强度分布及磁粉在模具中的装填两个方面分析了磁瓦毛坯的裂纹和密度分布不均匀的原因。提出采用浮动内上模结构改变压制方式以及在上模端面加不导磁材料等办法 ,使磁瓦毛坯密度分布均匀 。
In view of distribution of orienting field strength and powder filling in arc ferrite magnets, the reason is analysized for cracks and inhomogeneous density distribution in the magnets. It is proposed to use floating inner upper punch, change pressing mode, and mount non magnetic material on the surface of the upper punch to improve the density homogeneity. The proposed measures prove to be effective in eliminating the cracks in arc magnets.
