摘要
永磁铁氧体磁瓦内弧面提供的磁通密度与电机的性能密切相关,因此要求其内弧面具有尽可能高的磁通密度,而国内生产的磁瓦常常是内弧面磁通密度低于外弧面,这与国外先进产品形成强烈反差。本文从取向成型的磁路、模具及料浆粒度分布、产品充磁方式等方面归纳和分析了国内磁瓦性能问题的原因,提出了相应的解决方法和技术措施,以期对国内磁瓦的生产提供有益的指导。
The intrados magnetic flux density of the hard ferrite tile is closely associated with the performance of motor. Therefore, the highest possible intrados magnetic flux density is necessary. However, the domestic magnetic tiles have typically intrados magnetic flux density lower than the extrados, which is much different from the foreign advanced products. This paper analyses the performance problems of the domestic magnetic tile from the different aspects: the orientation magnetic circuit, the mould, the distribution of the slurry particle size, and the magnetizing methods. Finally, the authors proposed corresponding solutions as well as the technical measures, hoping to provide a beneficial guide to the domestic magnetic tile production .
