摘要
针对电弧炉对电网和电能质量的影响，提出了治理方案，对SVC装置的设计、应用进行了阐述，对治理前后电能质量进行了比较、总结。
In light of the effects of EAF on electric net and electric power quality, a rectification project is put forward. The design and application of SVC equipment are expounded and the electric power quality summarized and compared before and after the rectification.
