摘要
以社会学为基础 ,提出了城市基础设施项目社会评价的概念 ,探讨了城市基础设施项目社会评价的基本问题 ,详细论述了项目周期不同阶段社会评价的主要内容。
Social assessment to urban infrastructure aims to solve social problems existing in the process of the project with the purpose of mitigating social risks and maintaining the sustainability of it. Based on sociology, the concept of SA is put forth. Basic problems of SA and main contents of every stage of the project cycle are analyzed.
