摘要
以社会学为基础 ,提出了城市基础设施项目社会评价的概念 ,探讨了城市基础设施项目社会评价的基本问题 。
Social assessment (SA) to the urban infrastructure aims at solving the social problems, which exist in the process of the project, mitigate the social risks, and maintain the sustainability of the project. Based on the sociology, the concept of SA is put forth; the basic problems of SA and main contents of every stage of the project cycle are analyzed in the paper
