摘要
以炼油厂的二次加工干气 ,诸如加氢、重整、催化裂化及焦化等干气为原料 ,经过精制、提纯等过程后 ,作为制氢原料 ,可以降低制氢成本。以一座 5.0Mt/a燃料型炼油厂为例 ,比较了以干气和石脑油为制氢原料 ,利用变压吸附回收工艺生产氢气的经济性。
Using the dry gas from secondary processing units, such as dry gases of hydrogenation, cataly tic reforming, catalytic cracking and coking, as raw materials for producing hydrogen through refining and purification with low cost was discussed. Taking a 5 Mt/a refinery as an example, economic comparison was made on using refinery dry gas and naphtha respectively for hydrogen production with pressure swing adsorption separation.
