Recovery of Hydrogen from Refinery Tail-Gas by Pressure Swing Adsorption

摘要 采用变压吸附技术回收大连石化分公司炼油厂装置尾气中的H2,提高H2资源的利用率。针对大连石化分公司炼油厂装置尾气的特点,采用前处理/变温吸附(TSA)/真空变压吸附(VPSA)/脱氧工艺流程回收H2。前处理脱除尾气中夹带的液体和部分C6;TSA采用两塔操作,在常温下脱除尾气中C5及C5+组分,高温下使吸附剂再生;VPSA采用6塔操作,脱除CO,CO2, C2H4,C2H6,C3H6,C3H8,N2,CH4,O2等,在负压下使吸附剂再生;脱氧是使产品H2中O2的体积分数小于1×10-4。该技术的特点是H2产品纯度高、装置自动化程度高。装置标定结果表明,H2的体积分数达到99.55%,回收率高达90.47%。 Pressure swing adsorption(PSA)technology was applied and relevant installation was established for recovery of hydrogen from tail-gas of refinery processing 10. 5 Mt/a crude oil in capacity. The recovery process included pretreatment, temperature swing adsorption (TSA), vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) and deoxygenation units. Liquid and part of C6 components in feedstock were removed from tail-gas in pretreatment unit. Two tower TSA unit was used to remove C5 and C5^+ at ambient temperature. The used sorbent was regenerated at raised temperature. Six tower VPSA unit was used for removing CO, CO2, C2 H4, C2 H6, C3 H6, C3 H8, N2, CH4 and O2 from feedstock. The used sorbent was regenerated under vacuum. The O2 content in product H2 after deoxygenation decreased to less than 1 ± 10^-4(volume fraction). The installation has been smoothly operating since 6 years ago and has been producing high purity hydrogen. The installation is flexible to accept various feedstocks and highly automatic in operation. The purity and recovery rate of product hydrogen reached 99.55% and 90.47% ,respectively.
