摘要
兰州石化公司乙烯生产规模由 24万t/a扩建至 70万t/a后,自给乙烯原料将会不足。通过分析现有乙烯原料资源的特点和配置情况,并结合炼油工艺、产品现状,提出了对石脑油、加氢裂化尾油、重整拨头油、抽余油、液化气和催化干气等资源进行优化利用的措施,并指出需扩建中压加氢装置和新建渣油加氢装置,以满足乙烯原料需求,实现资源的优化配置。
The resource of material for ethylene production in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was analyzed.The results showed that by rearranging the line of refinery technology,extending production equipment,and widening the resource of material,the problem of increasing ethylene capacity from 240 kt/a to 700 kt/a could be resolved.The advantage of refining-chemical integrated enterprise was given full play.
