摘要
本文从蜂王幼虫在食品中的开发利用的历史、现状、开发利用前景及其目前存在的问题四个方面对蜂王幼虫的食用价值进行了论述,试图说明蜂王幼虫是一种亟待大力研究、开发的天然高级营养保健食品。
By analysing the development and utilization of the queen bee larva in the old days, present and in the future and the problems, now it's demonstrated that the queen bee larva is a natural, high-quality, (?)tritional and health food which has to be studied and developed urgently.
