摘要
目的 :动态比浊法鲎试验用于注射用β 七叶皂苷钠细菌内毒素检测。 方法 :通过对样品中定量添加标准内毒素的干扰试验 ,检测其回收率应在 5 0 %～ 2 0 0 %范围。结果 :将样品进行 1/16稀释可以有效地消除其对鲎试验的干扰。结论 :动态比浊法鲎试验可以快速测定样品中的细菌内毒素含量。
OBJECTIVE To use kinetic turbidimetric Limulus test for the endotoxin detection of Sodium β-Aescinate for injection.METHODS The validation test was fulfiled, when the amount of endotoxin spiked in Sodium β-Aescinate for injection were recovered in the range of 50%～200%.RESULTS A 16-fold dilution to Sodium β-Aescinate for injection is effective to eliminate the interference in Limulus test.CONCLUSIONS The kinetic turbidimetric Limulus test provides a new way to the detection of endotoxin in Sodium β-Aescinate for injection.
