摘要
用自行研制的便携式农药残留速测仪,对果、蔬中农药残留毒性进行快速检测,可以直接显示有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药对乙酰胆碱酶的抑制率,确定农药残留毒性水平。
A rapid method for determination of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits was developed with a portable mode. This device is directly capable of displaying inhibition rate of both organophosphates and carbamates against acetyl-cholinesterase (AChE), before the levels of pesticide residues was evaluated.
