摘要
目的 :探讨不停跳心内直视术体外循环 (CPB)方法。方法 :12 0例先天性心脏病房间隔患者 ,采用右前外侧小切口心脏不停跳体外循环下进行房间隔缺损的修补 ,术中鼻温维持在 33～ 35 .5℃ ,HCT维持在 18%～2 5 %。结果 :12 0例患者CPB时间 19～ 70min ,平均 (4 5± 12 )min ,术后呼吸机辅助呼吸 3～ 5h ,2 4h胸引量 80～ 30 0ml,平均 (15 0± 5 9)ml,除 1例发生脑部气体栓塞后治愈外 ,其他患者均恢复顺利 ,并痊愈出院。结论
Objective:To introduce a method for heart beating open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods: Atrial septal defects in one hundred and twenty patients with congenital heart disease were repaired with right frontlateral minily incision on heart beating cardiopulmonary bypass. During cardiopulmonary bypass time, the nasopharyngeal temperature was 33℃～35.5℃,the hematocit was 18%～25%.Results:The CPB time of these patients was 19～70(mean time was 45±12)min. After operation, the mechanical ventilation time was 3～5h(mean time was 3.3±1.5)h. Except one patient and cerebral aeroembolism, all patients recovered well and successfully.Conclusions:It was safe and reliable to repair atrial septal defect with right-frontlateral minily incision on heart beating cardiopulmonary bypass.
