摘要
目的研究重睑术常见并发症的处理要点。方法分析我院11年间共行重睑术1 000例常见并发症以及处理结果,并发症分别有双侧重睑皱襞不对称;重睑线变浅或消失;重睑皱襞过宽;内、外眦成形不理想;线结外露;皮下异物性结节;表皮样囊肿;上睑下垂等。结果1 000例并发症患者,经重新手术修整,术后效果满意。结论重睑术虽术式定型,操作简单,但仍有并发症出现,应引起重视。
Objective To study the main points of treatment in complications canscd by double-eyelid surgery. Methods One thousand cases of complications were reviewed. The complications included bilateral asymrnetry, shallow or cxtinctive double-eyelid lines, too wide double-eyelid, dissatisfactory figure of interior and exterior canthi, exposure of line nodes, subcutaneous foreign body nodes, epidermoid cysts, upper eyelid lower. The causes of the above complications were analyzed and were dealt with. Results Rcoperations were performed on the above menfioncd 1000 cases and received promising results. Conclusion Although double-eyelid surgery is simpler and easy, but complications are often to occur, which should cause close attention.
