摘要
目的探讨创伤性关节软骨退变与修复的规律。方法采用Huleh法建立兔膝关节骨关节炎分期模型,通过特制的兔膝跑跳装置进行模拟训练,同时辅以关节内几丁糖注射,分组对照观察兔膝关节退变的修复过程。结果用药处理组的软骨破损程度明显轻于对照组;而且12周时,运动用药组的病理改变与其他两组比较,增生修复的软骨细胞增多,特别是增生的软骨表面细胞渐趋柱状排列。结论运动用药组可较单纯用药组更有效地防治关节软骨的退变,运动结合关节内用药更有利于关节功能恢复和关节功能结构的重塑和重建。
Objective To explore regularity of degeneration and repair of joint cartilage afte r trauma.Method The experimental model made by Hulth technique.Rabbits were treated with drugs by intra-articu lar injections,in the same time,som e of them were trained on special procession of joint cartilage after trauma were observersed in differen t groups and periods.Result There were less articular cartilage damage in the groups which were treated with drugs than the control groups.And in12th week ,the group treated with active motion and drugs shew more hyperplasia than other group,i ts shew more regenerated cells arran ged like columniation gradually.Conclusion These suggested that active motion in combination with dr ugs can prevent the degeneration of t he articular cartilage more effecti vely than mere drugs.Active motion in combination with drugs intra-articular injection was benefical to th e restoration of the arthrosis,s con struction and function.
