摘要
目的:探讨应用微创外科技术早期修复重建膝关节交通伤的效果及临床意义。方法:70例膝关节交通伤采用微创外科技术手术治疗。手术分两类:1、关节下修复重建手术。2、关节镜辅助修复重建手术。结果:平均随访16个月。3例剧烈活动后膝部胀痛;2例膝屈曲100度,其余病例关节屈曲均在130度以上,无跛行步态,全部病例都已恢复原工作和运动。结论:微创外科技术应用于膝关节交通伤的早期修复重建,明显提高治疗效果,避免术后并发症和膝关节继发性损伤。这一技术的普及应用有助于减低交通伤患者的伤残率,提高生活质量。
Objective: To study the effect and clinical significance of application of minimally invasive surgery technique in early repair and reconstruction of traffic injuries of the knee joint. Methods: 70 patients were treated operatively with minimally invasive surgery technique. The operation was divided into two types: arthroseopic surgery and arthroscopic assisted surgery. Results: All patients were followed up averagely for 16 months. All the patients restarted to their original work and sport activity,and symptomless during the following-up period, except three of them, who had a complaint after violent sports. ROM of two patients was 100 degrees and that of the others was more than 130 degree. Conclusion: Application of minimally invasive surgery technique in early repair and reconstruction of traffic injuries of knee joint would greatly improve the results of the treatment and avoid postoperative complications,so that the degree of disability would be reduced and quality of the life would be obviously improved.
