摘要
针对近年来浙江电网迎峰度夏期间电力供应短缺较严重的严峻情况,以浙江省1999~2002年的用电量和气温数据为基础,从中分离出与气温敏感的气温电量,分析了电量与气温的相关关系,重点研究了气温电量随气温变化的规律,最后提出了完善与改进相关模型的几点建议.由此气温对用电量影响的特点及规律可作为供电调度工作人员的参考信息.
To analyze the severe power supply shortage of Zhejiang Electric Power Grid during summer peaks in recent years, the data of power consumption and temperatures of Zhejiang from 1999 to 2002 are studied, from which the electricity consumed that is sensitive to temperatures is separated. After the relationship between the electricity consumption and the temperatures is analyzed, and the changing rules of the temperature sensitive electricity investigated, some suggestions on improving relevant models are put forward.
