摘要
可中断负荷管理是电力市场环境下需求侧管理的重要组成部分,与电力系统安全经济运行密切相关。介绍了可中断负荷管理及相关市场组织形式;分析了可中断电价及可中断负荷成本效益。对某地区主要行业进行了用户调查,并采用基于信息熵进行属性相关分析的方法对用户数据进行研究,得出了用户典型属性在实施可中断负荷管理中的相关性,对实际工作制定中可中断负荷管理方法有一定借鉴意义。
The interruptible load management is an important part of demand-side management in the electricity market, and has a close relation with safe and economic operation of power systems. The interruptible load management and relevant market organization method are recommended, and the price and cost-efficiency of the interruptible load are analyzed. Consumers of main industries in an area are investigated, and the entropy-based attribute analysis method is used to study the consumer data. The relationship of typical attributes of consumers in case of interruptible load management implementation is finally obtained.
