鸡传染性鼻炎二价油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫持续期的研究

摘要 应用 3批鸡传染性鼻炎二价油乳剂灭活疫苗进行了免疫持续期的试验。结果表明 ,鸡群免疫 1次后 ,对A型强致病力菌株的攻毒保护率为 83%,对C型强致病力菌株的攻毒保护率为 5 1.5 %,在首免后 4周左右进行二免 ,则免疫鸡群对A型菌的保护率在免疫后 13个月仍然保持 10 0 %,对C型菌的保护率在免疫后 9个月内可达到 90 .5 %。免疫鸡血清抗体也均保持较高的水平 ,其中B_ELISA的A型抗体的检出率为 83%~ 10 0 %、C型的检出率为 33%~ 87%,血凝抑制试验 (HI)的A型抗体阳性检出率为 87%~ 10 0 %,C型抗体的检出率为 6 2 .8%~ 93%,血清平板凝集抗体的检出率为 6 2 .8%~ 10 0 %,此结果充分显示了鸡传染性鼻炎二价油乳剂灭活疫苗的良好免疫效力以及B_ELISA、HI及血清平板凝集试验较高的敏感性的特异性 ,研究还证实了HI抗体与攻毒保抗力的密切相关。 Three batches of bivalent inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine to avian infectious coryza were produced and their immune durations were also evaluated in this study.The results showed that,chickens vaccinated only once were able to achieve 83% protection against challenge with high virulent strain of serovar A(Hp8)and 51.5% against challenge of serovar C(H18)respectively.The chickens were given the second vaccination after 4 weeks,and then were able to achieve 100%protection against challenge with serovar A at 13 months post_vaccination,90.5% against challenge of serovar C in 9 months,respectively.By B_ELISA,HI and SPA methods,high of antibodies to Hpg were detected in vaccinated chickens.The positive rates of specific B_ELISA antibodies to serovar A and C were 83%~100% and 33%~87%,respectively.The positive rates of specific HI antibodies to serovar A and C were 87%~100% and 67%~93%,respectively,and the positive rate of SPA was 66%~100%.In this study there was a close correlations between HI titer and protection against challenge.All these results demonstrated the good immunogenicity of the vaccine,and it would play a big role in the prevention of infectious coryza in China.
