摘要
在（Ⅰ）报的基础上，又进行了鸡传染性鼻炎和新城疫二联油佐剂灭活疫苗的最小免疫剂量、保存期、免疫持续期及中试疫苗效力检验。结果表明，二联苗中ＮＤ和ＩＣ的最小免疫剂量分别为０．０２ｍｌ和０．２ｍｌ（Ｈｐｇ－８、Ｈｐｇ－６６８分别为１亿、２亿ＣＦＵ）；疫苗在４－８℃下保存期为１年；一次、两次免疫的免疫持续期分别为１６０天和整个产卵期；５批中试疫苗的效检结果ＩＣ保护９０－１００％，ＮＤ为１００％，本苗效果不低于两种进口的同类疫苗。
Abstract Vaccinated once with the inactivated avian coryza and newcastle disease bivalent oil adjuventv accine, the chicken were protected from challenge with virulent strains for a Period of 160 days.Vaccinated twice, the first at 21 days old, the second at 120 days old, protected chickens through the whole laying period. Stored at 4℃ for one year, vaccine efficiency unchanged.
