摘要
采用血清平板凝集试验 ,对某集约化鸡场的不同鸡群共 454例进行了鸡毒支原体的检测 ,结果显示该鸡场种母鸡、蛋母鸡、种公鸡群 MG阳性率分别为 1 0 0 % ,85.86% ,82 .0 9% ,平均阳性率为 83.70 %。
A direct agglutination test with serum flat on mycoplasma galliseptieum has been used on 454 cases of the different chicken groups in an intensive chicken farm in Sanshui city GuangDong province. The positive proportions were 100% to 85.86% to 82.09% for seed hens and egg hens and seed cocks individually , The average was 83.70%. The result showed this was a conditional infective disease.
