Influence of Broodstock Nutrition on Reproductive Performance of Cultured Fishes

摘要 综述了n-3系列高度不饱和脂肪酸、蛋白能量比和维生素E、C和B等物质对亲鱼怀卵量、卵的受精率、孵化率和仔鱼质量的影响。海水鱼类亲鱼饲料蛋白质含量在40-50%,并添加10-20%的乌贼粉或磷虾(2%n-3HUFA)、0.025%的维生素E能提高海水鱼的繁殖效果。 In many cultured fish species, especially marine fishes, unpredictable and variable reproductive performance is an important limiting factor caused primarily by improper broodstock nutrition and feeding for the successful mass production of juveniles. Effects of n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids( HUFA), protein-calorie ratio and vitamin E and C on fecundity, fertilization, embryonic development and larval quality were summarized in detail. It is recommended that 40% - 50% protein diet containing 2% n-3 HUFA supplemented with 10% - 20% cuttlefish squid and krill meals and 0.025 vitamin E, B and C be provided to improve maturation of gonad, hatching rate, and survival of offspring.
