摘要
本文研究了适合巴里坤湖卤虫卵去壳的工艺流程．同时还就不同孵化率去壳卤虫卵的制备方法进行了探讨。作者还对去壳卵的利用和去壳工艺的进一步完善提出了自己的见解。
In this paper the processing of deshelling the Artemia barkolica cysts had studied. A preliminary study was made on how to prepare deshelling cysts with different hatching percentage (H % ). The author had put forward ideas on impproving the processing and on the utilization usage of deshelling cysts.
