摘要
室内用聚乙二醇 (PEG)溶液模拟干旱环境对高羊茅 (FestucaarundinaceaSchreb)的五个品种 :HoundogV(猎狗V)、CrossfireⅡ (交战Ⅱ )、Oasis(绿洲 )、MustangⅡ (野马Ⅱ )、Dixiegreen(颂歌 )的抗旱性进行比较研究 ,以根重、根长 /芽长、根长和电导率作为抗旱性测定的指标 ,结果表明 :CrossfireⅡ (交战Ⅱ )的抗旱性显著强于其它四个品种 ,而HoundogV(猎狗V)、Oasis(绿洲 )、MustangⅡ (野马Ⅱ )、Dixiegreen(颂歌 )的抗旱性差异不显著 ,但HoundogV(猎狗V)
The drought resistance of five cultivars seeds and seedlings of tall fescue ( Festuca arundinacea Schreb):Houndog V?CrossfireⅡ?Oasis?MustangⅡ?Dixiegreen,was tested by examining their root length,root/shoot length,root weight,electrical conductivity under drought stress simulating by different concentrations of PEG.The results showed that the ranking changed to CrossfireⅡ>HoundogV?Oasis?MustangⅡ?Dixiegreen,but the drought resistance of HoundogV is little better than that of the other three cultivars.It also showed that it is viable to evaluate drought resistance by root length,root/shoot length and root/shoot weight.
