摘要
采用盆栽育苗法,在苗期干旱胁迫下测定植株的相对含水量,自由水与束缚水、生长胁迫指效、成活率、膜相对透性、游离脯氨酸含量等指标综合评价四种冰草的抗旱性,结果表明四种冰草的抗旱性依次为:沙芦草>沙生冰草>西伯利亚冰草>冰草。
Four species Agropyron were grown in clay pots and subject to drought stress with holding water. Their free and bound water, relative water content, relative cell membrane permeability,surviving rate and free proline were measured the results showed that ranking order of drought resistance of fourgrasses according to these indexes was A. mongolia>A. desertorum>A. sibiricum>A. cristum.
