摘要
目的 研究聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶置入体内的动力学变化。方法 新西兰大白兔 48只均分 4组 ,注射填充部位为耳部、前额、背部和臀大肌内 ;分别于术后 3、6、9、12个月进行临床观察 ,解剖检查和用WD - 5A电子式万能试验机进行压缩位移实验。结果 1~ 3组包膜均形成良好 ,3组有 33%包囊移位在侧腹或前腹部 ,4组水凝胶消失 ,无包膜形成。实验最大载荷 2 90 5N ,均数 (774.38± 80 5 .5 5 )N ,位移 (5 7.85± 19.92 )mm ;3~ 6个月承受力较小 ,9~ 12个月承受力较大 ;背部软组织内包膜承受压力位移最大。结论 水凝胶置入体内均可以形成承受较大压力载荷和位移的包膜囊 ;不同部位形成包膜囊受力不同 ,以背部皮下组织内包囊载荷和位移最大 ,同时 ,9~ 12个月的所有包膜囊承受压力位移的能力相对增加并稳定 ,且完全可以耐受日常活动中的压力和特殊冲击力 ;
Objective To investiget the dynamic change variations of the polyacrylamide hydrogel in vivo. Methods Fourty eitht rabbits divided into 4 groups including group 1 injected in ear,group 2 injected in forehead, group 3 injected in back and group 4 injected in gluteus maximus muscle were observed, dissected and tested for load and displacement of the compression using the WD-5A Electron Universal Testing Machine in the months of 3?6?9 and 12 postinjection separately. Results The gel capsules were developed very well in group 1 to 3, in group 3, 33% gel capsules slipped into lateral abdomen and anterior abdomen, in group 4 no gel capsule were formed. The pressure load of compression were (774.38±805.55)N with the peak load of 2?905 N and the displacement of compression were (57.85±19.92)mm. In all capsules of this experiment. The load of compression was more heavy in months 9 to 12 than in months 3 and 6 postinjection, meanwhile the capsule bearred more heavy pressure load and displacement in the back than in other sits. Conclusion The heavy load of pressure and displacement could be endured by all gel capsules, the gel capsules in subcutaneous tissues of the back supported the peak load and displacement, the peak load and displacement of the compression were found in months 9 to 12 in all groups except in group 4 that no capsule in vivo was founded.
