摘要
目的 :探讨针刺对心肌组织超微结构和细胞凋亡的影响 ,从形态学及分子生物学的角度揭示针刺内关穴对心肌细胞保护的作用机制。方法 :电针家兔左、右侧内关穴 2 0分钟和 2 4小时后 ,结扎左冠状动脉前降支 ,行心电图监测 ,40分钟后恢复灌流 ,再灌注 1小时 ,摘取心脏 ,进行心肌超微结构和细胞凋亡的检查。结果 :针刺内关穴预防保护组与模型组相比较 ,心肌组织受损程度轻微 ,原位末端标记 (TU NEL )法检测未见凋亡细胞。结论 :电针内关穴可降低缺血再灌注损伤的程度 ,明显抑制缺血再灌注损伤引起的心肌细胞凋亡 。
Objective:To investigate the cardiac protective mechanism of acupuncturing Neiguan points(内关穴),and explore the effects of biological modulator.Methods:Acupuncture Neiguan points of rabbits for 20 minutes,24 hours later,coronary artery was ligatured for 40 minutes,controlling by electrocardiogram(ECG),and then reperfused for one hour.At the end of experiment,creatine kinase(CK),endothelin(ET),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) levels were measured and cardiacpathology were observed.Results:In the Neiguan point group,the levels of CK,ET,MDA,NO,NOS were all different significantly compared with the model group( P <0 01 or P <0 05).Conclusions:Acupuncturing Neiguan points can obviously reduce the degree of myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury.It has effectively protective effect for myocardium.
