摘要
目的 :比较餐用鳖甲与药典法鳖甲对肝纤维化的预防和治疗作用。方法 :连续注射四氯化碳油剂制备大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,用 HE染色进行肝组织学观察 ,用比色法测定肝脏羟脯氨酸 ( HYP)含量。结果 :模型组肝切片观察显示典型的肝纤维化病理变化 ,肝中羟脯氨酸含量明显高于空白对照组。同时给予按《中国药典》规定取制的鳖甲每次4 g/ kg,肝切片显示纤维化程度比较轻 ,羟脯氨酸含量明显低于模型组 ;餐用鳖甲组或丹参实验组的肝病理性变化和羟脯氨酸含量基本相似 ,作用显著低于药典法鳖甲。结论 :按《中国药典》规定取制的鳖甲对实验大鼠肝纤维化具有预防保护作用 ,较餐用鳖甲好。提示临床使用鳖甲抗肝纤维化 ,应按《中国药典》规定取制。本实验还发现 :对已经形成的肝纤维化 ,鳖甲。
Objective:To compare the preventive and protective effects on hepatization fibrosis of Carapax trimycis.Methods:Experimental model on carbon cetrachloride,induced heparization fibrosis in rats and control group were given powder made by two different methods of Carapax trimycis,respectively,then to observe change of liver tissues with HE staining and determination contents of hydroxyproline.Rusults:Observing a cut section of liver tissues,pathologic fibrosis changes are typical in model group, contents of hydroxyproline in liver is obviously level to blank control group.However in model group,given powder of Carapax trimycis with Chinese Pharmacopoeia method,changes are much lower than those of control group and other model groups.Conclusion: Carapax trimycis has protective effects on heparization fibrosis in rat,but it couldn't reverse formed alread fibrosis.
