高碘酸钾氧化硫堇催化光度法测定痕量锰

摘要 研究了在醋酸盐缓冲介质中 ,痕量锰催化高碘酸钾氧化硫堇的褪色反应 ,建立了一种高选择性测定痕量锰的新方法。方法的线性范围为 0 0 179~ 0 .10 71mg/L ,检出限为2 .85× 10 - 6g/L。用于直接测定茶叶样品中的痕量锰 。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determing trace amounts of Mn in tea has been developed. The method has high selectivity. The method is based on the catalytic effect of manganess on oxidation of thionine by potassium periodate in acetate buffer medium. The linear range for the determination of manganess is 0.0179~0.1071mg/L and the detection limit is 2.85×10 -6 g/L. The method has been used to determine trace manganess in tea samples with satisfactory results.
