天疱疮与HLA
摘要
天疱疮的发病与遗传因素有关,特定人类白细胞抗原－Ⅱ类基因是天疱疮的易感基因。不同国家、不同种族的天疱疮易感基因具有相似性。人类白细胞抗原在天疱疮抗体的产生过程中有着重要作用。剔除或替换疾病易感基因将是天疱疮等自身免疫性疾病的治疗方向。
