摘要
HLA是迄今发现最具多态性的遗传系统。已有研究表明许多HLA等位基因与白癜风遗传易感性相关。近年来,国内外很多学者发现不同种族,地域,临床类型的白癜风患者的HLA相关性不同。本课题通过测定维吾尔族人白癜风患者的DNA,研究HLA等位基因与维吾尔族人白癜风的基因相关性。
HLA is the most polymorphic genetic systems so far.Studies have shown that many HLA alleles are associated with vitiligo genetic susceptibility.In recent years,many scholars have found the correlation of different ethnic,geographical,clinical type of vitiligo patients with HLA was different.This subject by measuring the DNA of patients with vitiligo of the Uighurs,to study the genetic relatedness of the HLA alleles and Uighurs vitiligo.
