大鼠胸段脊髓损伤后后肢运动功能不同评价标准的比较研究 被引量:31

摘要 目的 :对大鼠脊髓损伤模型运动功能不同评价方法进行评价。方法 :大鼠急性脊髓压迫损伤模型按轻、中、重度损伤随机分组 ,分别应用斜板试验、Tarlov评分和BBB(Basso ,BeattieandBresnahan ,BBB)评分法进行后肢运动功能评价。结果 :三种方法评价结果均与损伤程度相关 ,其中BBB评分相关性最高 ,并且体现了损伤后运动功能恢复的每一阶段。结论 :BBB评分对SCI模型运动功能评价具有明显优势 ,可做为今后研究的标准评分法。 Objective:To compare several tests of behavioral analysis in a rat model of SIC.Method:Rat SCI model of compression injury were established.The rats were divided into four groups according to the extent of injury.The inclined plane,Tarlov techniques and BBB scales were used to assess hind limb neurological function.Result:All results were correlated with injury severity.The BBB scores were strongly correlated with injury severity and temporal course of clinical neurological recovery after graded SCI.Conclusion:It is reasonable that the BBB scales is a standard test for SCI locomotor assessment in rats.
