摘要
应用4大项18点4个水平评定标准的偏瘫运动功能评价法对42例偏瘫患者评定结果,经统计分析认为所进行的评定是有效的和可靠的。本评价法的内容和结构实用性好,也比较全面,基层医务人员易学易用,适合于基层单位或社区康复机构作为脑卒中后偏瘫运动功能评价之用。
A method in four categories comprising 18 items was used for assessing motor functions in four levels in 42 hemiplegic patients. The results were analyzed statistically and demonstrated that the assessment is of validity and reliability. The content and construction of this method are good in practice. It is easy to be learned and practised by medical staff in basic units. Therefore this method is suitable for assessing the motor functions of post-stroke hemiplegic patients in basic unit or community rehabilitation unit.
