摘要
应用反相高效液相色谱法研究了血啉甲醚注射液在强光、高温等条件下的稳定性。结果表明血啉甲醚注射液对光、热不稳定 ,易分解。血啉甲醚注射液在冷冻避光条件下贮存 ,稳定性良好。
A RP-HPLC method was employed to study the stability of hermimether(HMME) injection. The results showed that HMME injection was unstable to light and heat. It was stable only at -20℃ and in lightproof place.
