摘要
采用卡拉胶包埋嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌 ,制成块状固定化细胞。对固定化细胞包埋方法及其用于生产 1,6 -二磷酸果糖 (FDP)的工艺条件作了探索。在固定化细胞包埋前、包埋后及用于生产 FDP10批次后采用活化培养工艺 ,均可提高固定化细胞生产 FDP的能力。转化培养液中的 FDP产量达到 40~ 6 5 mg/ ml,固定化细胞用于生产 FDP的批次可达到 2 0次左右。
Carrageenan was used for entrapping Bacillus stearothermophilus cells and the immobilized cells were made into cube type. Entrapping methods and process of producing frutose-1,6-disphosphate(FDP) by immobilized cells were investigated. The activating culture procedure had been applied before and after entrapping and after the entraping cells being used for producing FDP 10 batchs. The concentration of FDP in transformation broth could be reached 40~65 mg/ml by using the activating culture procedure. The immobilized cells could be used for 20 times.
