The result of determination of heat resistance of biological indicator bacillus stearothermophilus spores in four kinds of solutions(tryptic soy broth, 7.0% amino acid mixtures, 10% fat emulsion and 0.9% saline) by survivor curve method proved that biological indicator in 0.9% saline is the best one for terminal moist heat sterilization studies.
