摘要
随着急诊医学的迅速发展 ,对护士的整体素质也提出了更高的要求 ,1998年以来我院改变以往单技能急救训练方法 ,实行综合护理急救技术模拟训练 ,通过培训小教员 ,设立试点科室 ,建立模拟病房 ,使不同层次的护士熟练掌握了本专科紧急情况下的急救技术 ,提高了护士综合急救能力 ,全院护师。
With the rapid development of the emergency medicine, it set higher demands for the overall qualities of nursing staffs. Since 1998, instead of single first-aid skill training, we have carried out the synthetic nursing first-aid skills simulated training. By training instructors, setting up testing departmens and simulated wards,let nurses of different levels master the first-aid techniques of their own specialty. It has promoted the synthetic first-aid capability of nurses. The assessment scores of all nursing staffs in our hospital have elevated and kept in stable.
