摘要
在pH =3.5的缓冲介质中 ,Ag+ 与TMK -SDBS形成有色三元胶束络合物 ,可进行双峰双波长分光光度法测定微量银。三元胶束络合物最大吸收波长λmax=5 4 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =1.1× 10 5L/ (mol·cm) ,银的质量浓度在 0~ 0 .8mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。用该方法测定矿样和蒙药中微量银 。
Under the buffer medium of pH 3.5,Ag(Ⅰ) and TMK-SDBS formed a colored ternary micellar complex and trace silver is determined by double peak and double wavelength spectrophotometry.The maximum absorption wavelength of the ternary micellar comples is at 540nm,the apparent molor absorptivity coefficient is ε =1.1×10 5 L/(mol·cm) .The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.8mg/L for the mass concentration of silver.The proposed method has been applied in determination of trace silver in mineral sample and Mongolian Medicine with satisfactory results.
