摘要
研究了银(Ⅰ)与碘化钾-抗坏血酸-罗丹明B显色体系在石蜡相中的显色反应.在一定量硝酸存在下,石蜡能定量吸附此络合物.采用双波长光度法测量固相吸光度差值,银的含量在0~0.4mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,从而建立了银的石蜡相光度分析法.方法用于铅锌矿废渣中银的测定,结果满意.
The colour reaction of silver and potassium iodide-ascorbic-acid-Rhodamine B in phase has been studied. The complex can be quantitatively absorbed in paraffin phase at some nitric acid. The absorbance of the solid phase was measured by using dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.4 mg/L of silver. The new method has been applied to the determination of silver in plumbum and zincum mine with satisfactory results.
