摘要
以 3头带有永久瘤胃瘘管的湖北本地阉黄牛用尼龙法对早籼稻谷替代玉米的肉牛饲粮粗脂肪在瘤胃中的降解特性进行了比较研究。试验处理为早籼稻谷分别替代精料中 0 % ,5 0 % ,75 % ,和 10 0 %的玉米 4个替代水平的肉牛饲粮。结果表明 :随早籼稻谷替代水平的提高粗脂肪瘤胃动态降解率呈下降趋势 ,分别为 76 .4 8% ,75 .2 2 % ,74 .4 8%和 6 6 .71% ,经单因子方差分析 ,除 10 0 %替代水平组与其它各组间差异显著外 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其它各组间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;动态消化参数各组饲粮间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;能较好地符合模拟方程P =a +b(1-e-ct) ,拟合度高 (R2 =0 .96 0～ 0 .998)。
Three beef cattles with rumen cannulas were used for the studies of the digestion characteristics of crude fat of beef cattle ration in the rumen with indica paddy replacing 0%,5%,75% and 100% corn respedtively by four treatments in sacco. The results showed that as early indica paddy replacement increased, the dynamic degradation of crude fat was decreased.There was no significant difference in the dynamic degradation of crude fat between each ration except 100% ration( P >0.05), it was significantly different between others( P <0.05).The digestion kinetic parameter of crude fat between each ration was not significantly diffrent( P >0.05).
