摘要
本文以翔实的资料较系统地阐述了:1)施氮时期与小麦籽粒产量、蛋白质含量、蛋白质组分和加工品质的关系;2)施氮方式与小麦品质的关系;3)氮肥种类与小麦品质的关系;和4)土壤残留矿质氮与小麦品质的关系。它对我国小麦优质高产栽培,合理施肥和品质改良有指导意义。
This paper systematically expounded the effect of date and way of nitrogen application,kinds of nitrogen fertilizer and residual mineral nitrogen in soil on grain yeild,protein content,protein fractions and processing quality of wheat with a wealth of data.It had the important significance in directing the cultivation for good.quality and high yield, adequate fertilization,and quality improvement in wheat.
