摘要 目的 :研究不同辅料及配方对中药喷雾干燥浸膏粉制粒的影响 ,寻求最佳的制粒配方。方法 :用制粒难易程度、颗粒得率、溶化性、吸湿性、临界相对湿度等为考察指标 ,评价不同辅料及配方对颗粒的影响 ,并筛选合适的配方。结果 :辅料种类及配方能明显降低浸膏粉的吸湿性 ,各组间在制粒难易程度和颗粒得率、溶化性方面有明显差异 ,但各组间吸湿性差异不明显。结论 :临界相对湿度 (CRH)在 6 5 %以下时 ,可选择 2种配方 :①浸膏粉—蔗糖—微粉硅胶 (5 0 0∶115∶2 5 )或②浸膏粉—蔗糖—微晶纤维素—微粉硅胶 (5 0∶77.5∶2 5∶37.5 )。 Objective: To investigate effects of different excipients and its compounds on extract granulating made by spray drying and to find the best compound of making granule. Methods: Taking difficulty of granulating; obtaining rate, granule dissolution rate, hygroscopicity as assessing index, evaluating effects of different excipients and its compounds on granulating and finding the best compound. Results: Different excipients and its compounds could significantly decrease the hygroscopicity of extract. Different compounds could sharply affect difficulty of granulating, obtaining rate and granule disdoultion while lightly affecting the hygroscopicity. Conclusion: When critical relative moisture is controlled under 65%, the following two compounds can be selected: (1) extract sucrose silion dioxide (500∶115∶25). (2) extract sucrose microcrystalline cellulosec silion dioxide.
