摘要
本文采用了在40℃,相对湿度为75%的条件下,以不同辅料与引湿性强的中药浸膏制成冲剂后,就其吸湿百分率进行比较,从而筛选无糖冲剂的合适配方。此法简便,快速,可在几天内筛选出合理的配方。并测得最佳处方的临界相对湿度,为车间生产,控制车间相对湿度提供理论根据。
Some percentage ofhumidification were compared in granu-leses which was made of Chinese medi-cine extract. The granuleses were co-mposed of diferent vehicles and the ext-ract which absorb moisture strongly. Thestudy was carried out at 40℃ and 75% ofrelative humidity. so that tbe appropriateformulas of sugar free granules can beobtained. The method is convenient,and a rational formula could ba sclectedin few days. The critical relative hu-midity of the best formula has also beendetermined, and it could be a theoreticalbases for manufacture and humidity co-ntrol in factory.
