摘要
每年 11月至翌年 5月 ,晴天条件下日光温室内的光量子通量密度 (DPFD/ μmolm-2 s-1)变化范围为 110~10 6 8μmolm-2 s-1,1月最低 ,5月最高 ;白天气温 (θa)变化范围 10~ 35℃ ,地温 (θs) 12~ 2 8℃ ;相对湿度 (RH) 4 3%~91%,日光温室中午透光率高于早晨和下午 .晴天DPFD、θa、θs 先升后降 ,而RH和CO2 浓度则先降后升 ,峰值和谷值多出现在 12~ 14时 .光是影响黄瓜功能叶光合速率 (Pn)最重要的环境因子 .黄瓜光合作用对光和温度的反应最为敏感 .在一定温、光条件下 ,CO2 浓度对其有重要影响 ,在有机肥充足的情况下无需进行CO2 施肥 .表观量子效率 (YAQY)随θa、θs 的升高略有增加 ;羧化效率 (ECE)对θa 反映较敏感 ,θa 偏高或偏低都导致ECE降低 .图 5表 2参
Changes in the ecological factors and their effects on photosynthesis of cucumber leaves in heliogreenhouse were studied.The results showed that the photon flux density (D PFD) changed from 110 to 1 068 μmol m -2 s -1 (from November to next May) in sunny day, the air temperature (θ a) was 10~35 ℃, soil temperature (θ s) was 12~28 ℃ and air relative humidity(RH) was 43%~91%. The light passing through the plastic film to the heliogreenhouse was more in the noon than that in the morning and afternoon. The D PFD, θ a and θ s increased in the morning while decreased in the afternoon, but the RH and CO 2 concentrations were changed oppositely. Their peaks or valleys appeared at 12~14 o'clock of a day. D PFD was the most important environmental factor which affected the photosynthetic rate of cucumber leaves. The photosynthesis of cucumber was sensitive to temperature. The quantity of organic fertilizer greatly affected CO 2 concentration under certain conditions of light and temperature in heliogreenhouse. Applicated sufficient organic fertilizer, CO 2 fertilizer needn't be used. Temperature obviosly affected the apparent quantum yield (Y AQY) and the carboxylation efficiency(E CE) of cucumer.
