摘要
遮荫条件下生姜叶片叶绿素含量增加。遮荫降低了到达叶片的光量子通量密度,叶温降低,气孔限制值增加,气孔导度有所降低,胞间CO2浓度降低,光合速率下降。同时遮荫降低了叶片硝酸还原酶活性,但有助于根系活力的提高。
As shade reduced PFD, stomatal limiting valus (Ls), stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) were all decreased somewhat. So was photosynthesis in ginger leaves. With the shade degree increased, the pigments content was higher, at the same time the root succinic dehydrogenase activity improved but the activity of NR was diverse.\;
