摘要
目的 :探讨内镜治疗胃石症的效果。方法 :采用自制碎石篮与胃镜捆绑绞碎胃结石 ,共治疗 10 1例胃石患者。结果 :10 1例患者 99例 1次治愈 ,2例 2次治愈 ,一次根治率 99%。结论
Objective:To explore the effect of endoscopy on treating gastric bezoar.Methods:Using self_made detritus basket binding with stomach endoscopy to break gastric bezoar to pieces.Treated 101 cases.Results:99 cases were cured with one therapy (99/101).The rate of cure was 99%,2 cases were cured with twice therapy.Conclusions:The effect of self_made detritus basket binding with stomach endoscopy treated gastric bezoar was fine.
