摘要
目的:评价内镜下微波联合药物机械治疗贲门口嵌顿性胃石的疗效及其安全性和临床价值。方法:在内镜下介入微波联合药物机械治疗贲门口嵌顿性胃石。结果:该治疗方法可将贲门口嵌顿性胃石完全治愈。无并发症发生。结论:实践证明经内镜下微波联合药物机械治疗贲门口嵌顿性胃石临床疗效显著,治疗简便、安全可靠、省钱、痛苦小,临床应用价值高,值得推广使用。
Objective： To evaluate the combination of endoscopic microwave therapy machine at the en- trance Kanding Ben Dayton gastrolith of the efficacy and safety and clinical value. Method： Endoscopic interven- tion including mechanical treatment combination microwave Ben at the door of gastrolith Kanding Dayton. Re- suit：The treatment can be embedded in front of Ben gastrolith completely cured of Dayton. No complications oc- curred. Conclusion： Practice has proved that by endoscopic mechanical combination of microwave treatment of Ben in front of Dayton gastrolith Kanding significant clinical effect, tratment is simple, safe, reliable, economical, suffering a small, high value clinical applications , it is worth to promote applied.
