摘要
目的评价切割碎石器治疗胃巨大结石的疗效。方法采用切割碎石器对15例胃巨大结石进行内镜下治疗。结果15例患者均一次或分次碎石排净，复查胃镜均未见结石残留。结论切割碎石器治疗胃巨大结石的方法安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the cutting lithotriptor under endoscopy in patients with huge gastroliths Methods 15 cases of huge gastroliths smashed were completed by adopting the cutting lithotriptor under endoscopy. Results In the 15 cases, the procedure was performed once or multiple times in order to clean out all the gastroliths. No residue was found in all the post visits. Conclusion It indicates that the cutting lithotriptor under endoscopy in treating huge gatroliths is considered as safe and effective.
