摘要
研究了在调制电流作用下Ni SiC复合镀膜的成分和性能 ,包括SiC沉积量、镀膜显微硬度、延展性和耐磨性等。通过控制电流密度以 0 .2A/dm2 ·min速率从 8A/dm2 连续衰减到 2A/dm2 ,可从瓦特液中获得比恒流电镀镀膜性能更优SiC梯度镀膜。当施加脉冲电流且脉冲幅值与基值比为 8∶2 (A/dm2 )、占空比为 1/ 6∶10 / 6(min)时 。
Composition and properties of Ni-SiC composite coating plated under modulated current were studied, which including ceramic content, hardness, ductility, and wear resistance. Cornposite with SiC gradient distribution were deposited by controlling the current density reducing from 8 to 2 A/din2 at a rate of 0. 2 A/din2 mm in a watts-type bath, which possessing a better performance than the one obtained at a constant current. When the ratio of pulse current amplitude and base value was at 8: 2 A/din2 and the ratio of durations of higher current and lower one at (1/6): (10/6) minute, highest hardness and lowest wearing rate of coating were obtained.
